・ 1 can of GEISHA BAMBOO SHOOTS STRIPS 8oz.
・ 1 teaspoon of GEISHA PURE SESAME OIL 6.2fl oz.
・ 1/4lbs of thin-sliced short ribs, cut into thin strips(1/4″ wide)
・ 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
・ 1 teaspoon of cooking sake
・ 2 green peppers, cut into strips(1/4″wide)
・ 1 clove of garlic, minced
・ 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
・ 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
・ 1/2 tablespoon of cooking sake
・ 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
・ Salt and pepper to taste
・ 1 teaspoon of potato starch
・ 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil
・ 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil
STEP 1
Rub short ribs in the seasoning ingredients of peppers, soy sauce and cooking sake, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of potato starch.
STEP 2
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the beef, stir it with chopsticks. When the beef is cooked through, remove it from the pan and quickly wipe the pan with a paper towel.
STEP 3
Add garlic and ginger in a frying pan with 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil over medium heat. Cook until fragrant. Drained the water out of canned bamboo shoots and add them to the pan along with green peppers, turn the heat to high. When the oil evaporates, put the beef back in, add soy sauce, cooking sake and sugar, and fry quickly.
STEP 4
Sprinkle a little sesame oil to finish.
