・ 1 can of GEISHA MANDARIN ORANGE 11oz
・ 2.5 cups of milk(20.29fl oz.)
・2/3 cup of water
・ 1.2 tablespoon of Agar Agar powder
・ 9 tablespoon of sugar
STEP 1
You will be using canned syrup later. Open the can and separate the orange from the syrup.
STEP 2
Place the milk in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for about 1 minute to warm.
STEP 3
Place water and powdered agar in a small saucepan. Place over heat, stirring constantly. As soon as it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
STEP 4
Add the canned syrup, sugar, and milk to the saucepan, and mix well.
STEP 5
Place the mandarin oranges evenly in a glass container, bowl, tupperware, or other container of your choice, pour in the mixture, and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
