・ 2 cans of GEISHA WHOLE OYSTERS in Water drained
・ 1/2 cup of butter
・ 1 cup of celery(chopped)
・ 1/4 cup of shallot
・ 1/2 cup of carrots(chopped)
・ 4 cups of half & half milk
・ Salt to taste
・ Black pepper to taste
STEP 1
Melt the butter on a pot over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add carrots, celery and shallot in that order. Cook it until the shallots become transparent.
STEP 2
Pour half and half milk into the pot over medium heat and stir well. When it starts to boil, add the oysters and stir some more. When the oysters start to curl, turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper. Then, it’s ready to serve.
