Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Water Chestnuts Sliced, drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 1 1/2 Tsp.sugar or honey
- 1/4 Tsp.salt
- 1 1/2 cups Geisha® Whole Baby Corn
- 1 Tbsp. dijon style mustard
- 1 Tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Bring water to a boil. Add carrots along with sweetener and salt. Cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add baby corn, Water Chestnuts and parsley, cook an additional 5 minutes. Mix mustard, sugar and oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
