Tuna and Horseradish Dip

(Makes 4 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 can(6 oz.) Geisha┬« Solid White Tuna in water, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Rinse and slice green onion,combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerated for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  2. Place dip in a bowl. Surround with crackers, bread or vegetables of your choice.
