Tuna and Avocado Bite

(Makes 4 Servings)


  • 1 can (6 oz.) Geisha┬« Solid White Tuna, drained
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh finely chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 large slices white bread


  1. Rinse avocados. Cut into halves. Remove pits with a spoon, remove the avocado pulp.
  2. Place pulp on a plate or in the blender. Add salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Puree or mash until mixture is smooth and spread able.
  3. Toast bread slices. Spread with avocado mixture. Cut each slice into 4 triangles. Top with Solid White Tuna. Serve.
