Fruit Pudding

(Makes 4 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Geisha┬« Tropical Fruit Salad
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Geisha┬« Mandarin Orange,drained
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • sugar & cinnamon to taste

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in bottom of 9 x9 pan. Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour over butter. Pour Tropical Fruit Salad and juice, Mandarin Orange on top of batter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
