Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) Geisha® Tropical Fruit Salad, well drained
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 cup flour
- Tbsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 Tbsp.salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup. pecans
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
- Sift flour wih baking soda, salt and granulated sugar.
- Add egg and mix until like fine crumbs. Add Tropical Fruit Salad and sliced apple. Pour into buttered 10-12 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F .
- Cool. Top with whipped cream before serving.
