Squid Saute

(Makes 1 Servings)


  • 1 lb Geisha┬« Raw Squid, cleaned and cut into-rings
  • 2 tb Parsley, chopped
  • 3 tb Butter or Olive oil
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • (Optional) Lemon wedges, salt and pepper to taste


  1. If you are using garlic, saute it in 1 tb of olive oil or butter in a heavy frying pan over low heat until it is lightly browned. Turn up to medium-high flame. Add the rest of the oil, and when it is hot the Geisha squid, parsley, salt and pepper. Saute for 3 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and boiled or fried potatoes.
