Szechuan Noodles

(Makes 4 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 can ( 8 oz.) Geisha┬« Bamboo Shoots, drained
  • 1 can ( 14.5 oz.) Geisha┬« Bean Sprouts, drained
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1/3 cup green onion, minced
  • Dressing ingredients
  • 1/4 balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hot sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Mix the dressing ingredients. Add to the hot noodles Bamboo Shoots, Bean Sprouts and stir.
  2. 2. The noodles will absorb some dressing, Expect the noodles to be in a shallow of dressing. Sprinkle the green onion. Serve hot or cold.
