Indian Fruit Ice Cream

(Makes 6 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) Geisha┬« Tropical Fruit Salad, drained
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel, and slice the mangoes. Combine the mango, Tropical Fruit Salad, milk,heavy cream and sugar in a food processor and whirl it around few times.
  2. Once the mixture is combined you may want to strain it to remove stringy fruit parts. This will give the ice cream a smooth texture.<br />If you prefer to have bits of fruit in your ice cream, skip this step.
  3. Pour the mixture into two ice trays and put into the freezer. If you prefer your ice cream to be really sweet adjust the amount of sugar accordingly<br />Before serving, spread a small amount of whipped cream on top
