Almond Fruit Jello

(Makes 6 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Geisha┬« Tropical Fruit Salad
  • 20 gram agar agar (kanten)
  • 4 cups water
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp. almond essence

Preparation

  1. In a separate saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the remaining water over a medium heat.<br />Add milk and almond essence, blending well, but do not boil. Mix Tropical fruit Salad, milk and sugar with agar-agar mixture in a large serving bowl.<br />When cool, place in the fridge and leave for at least 2 to 3 hours to set.
